QueryPie Unveils NotePie, an AI Work Assistant Based on Documents and Web Sources
June 9, 2026

Question answering and source information based on user-specified materials Support for creating work outputs such as reports, slides, mind maps, and podcasts
QueryPie, a data security and AI platform company led by CEO Brant Hwang, has unveiled NotePie, an AI work assistant based on documents and web sources that works with QueryPie AIP.
NotePie is a service that answers questions based on materials uploaded or specified by users and organizes the results into various content formats. Users can add document files such as PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, and TXT, as well as URLs, web pages, and directly entered text as sources. NotePie can also collect external materials through web search and deep research.
Inside enterprises, important information continues to accumulate in reports, proposals, meeting materials, and research documents. Finding, comparing, summarizing, and turning the needed content into actual work outputs still takes significant time. NotePie reduces this process by analyzing user-specified materials and organizing them into outputs aligned with the user's purpose.
NotePie’s question answering is grounded in materials specified by the user. It finds relevant content in documents and web sources, generates answers, and provides source information with the answer so users can directly verify the evidence.
NotePie can also create purpose-built content based on the materials. It summarizes materials, compares and analyzes key concepts, and suggests creation directions. Users can select a suggested direction or enter direct instructions to create the result. Supported formats include study guides, blog posts, briefing documents, concept comparison tables, mind maps, presentations, podcasts, and slide videos. Users can also configure the number of slides, podcast length, language, theme, and level of detail.

For example, when market research materials and competitor web pages are added to NotePie, it can summarize key points and create comparison tables. It can also be used to generate study guides or podcasts from internal training documents, or to create presentation drafts based on customer proposal materials.
NotePie verifies user and organization information through QueryPie AIP Gateway authentication and supports data isolation by user. Time-consuming tasks such as document processing, content generation, and deep research are handled asynchronously so the service can be used reliably.
Pricing follows QueryPie AIP’s credit-based pay-as-you-go model. Tasks that generate AI usage, such as document processing, embedding, and content generation, deduct credits according to actual usage.
QueryPie plans to develop NotePie into an AI workspace that helps enterprises use internal documents, web materials, and research results for question answering and content creation.
“Enterprises have a great deal of important information, but it still takes a lot of time to read it again, organize it, and turn it into work outputs,” said Brant Hwang, CEO of QueryPie. “NotePie is a service that helps users answer questions based on the materials they specify and create results in various forms.”
He added, “With NotePie and QueryPie AIP, we will help enterprises make better use of their documents and knowledge assets and connect them to actual work outputs.”
