QueryPie AI G.K. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Co-representative: Brant Hwang; hereinafter "QueryPie AI") announced a collaboration with TerraSky Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideya Sato; hereinafter "TerraSky") in the AI agent business.
Through this collaboration, QueryPie AI Platform (AIP), QueryPie AI's enterprise AI platform, has been adopted for TerraSky's new service, mitoco Buddy. mitoco Buddy is an MCP (Model Context Protocol)-compatible AI agent service that integrates the many cloud services used inside enterprises, promotes information linkage and data utilization, and supports faster decision-making and business automation.
Background
Enterprise system environments now contain many cloud-based tools, and using data across those services has become urgent for DX. However, linking cloud services built on different technologies still presents challenges such as fragmented environments, complex security management, and cost efficiency.
To resolve these issues, QueryPie AI developed QueryPie AIP, which enables cross-cloud data linkage and AI model operation. Built on an MCP-compatible AI architecture, it provides a structure for using internal enterprise data safely and in an integrated way. Through collaboration with TerraSky, which has deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, QueryPie AI will realize an AI agent service optimized for Japanese enterprises.
About mitoco Buddy
mitoco Buddy is an enterprise AI agent service developed using the advanced AI platform technology of QueryPie AIP.
Key features are as follows.
- Connects with about 50 services through MCP
- Provides MCP integration with a wide range of cloud services including Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, and Microsoft 365. It enables smooth linkage and connection while preserving existing business environments. Services outside the standard offering can also be connected through custom configuration.
- Add your own dedicated agents
- Users can add custom agents such as "register an opportunity in Salesforce," "import business cards," and "output a report." Repeated and scheduled execution through a scheduler is also supported.
- Use multiple LLMs according to purpose
- Multiple LLMs, such as ChatGPT and Claude, can be configured and used selectively according to their strengths by type and version.
- Enterprise-grade security
- Centralizes user activity, MCP usage, and various data usage, and visualizes AI operations to ensure security. It provides one-stop support for enterprise AI governance and security audits.
Collaboration objectives and next steps
Through this collaboration, QueryPie AI provides the QueryPie AIP technology foundation, MCP integration, and architecture design in the security domain, supporting the reliability and scalability of mitoco Buddy. In addition, technical support through FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) services comprehensively supports enterprises from AI adoption through production operations.
Based on the belief that "the core of software is the people it supports," QueryPie AI aims to provide solutions that let Japanese enterprises experience the true value of AI without barriers of complexity or high cost. Through collaboration with TerraSky, which has deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, the companies will realize an AI agent service optimized for the Japanese market.
TerraSky will promote AI adoption in each area of enterprise activity, including sales support, operational efficiency, and customer support, through mitoco Buddy. A pre-release version is scheduled for December 1, 2025, with the product version scheduled for the end of December.
The companies plan to expand adoption across finance, manufacturing, services, and other industries and aim for 300 cumulative customer deployments over three years by 2028.
